“RWM Capital” Asset management took the 25th place in the ranking of the largest management companies as to the total revenue rendered from trust management services which have publicly disclosed their IFRS statements for year 2015. The ranking was prepared by the Kommersant newspaper.
Starting from 2016 Russian management companies must publicly disclose their IFRS statements. In accordance with the Consolidated Financial Statements Act, starting from 2016, preparing and filing of financial statements with the Bank of Russia as well as public disclosing becomes obligatory for management companies of investment funds, mutual investment funds and private pension funds.
To date a considerable number of management companies published their statements on their web-sites. According to the Kommersant Newspaper, more than 130 companies published the IRFS statements on their web-sites (out of 368 according the National League of Management Companies). The Kommersant ranking includes companies with total revenue from trust management services exceeding 100 million Rubles.
