“RWM Capital” Asset management was awarded the golden certificate of the All-Russian contest “Worthy Cause”. The contest was conducted by the All-Russian public organization “Business Russia”. The award ceremony took place on June 29, 2016 in the headquarters of “Business Russia” in Moscow in the process of a business meeting.
The purpose of the contest was to honor the work of the companies with the highest workforce productivity and assist in addressing the problems of long-term national policy set forth in the Order of the President №596 dated 07.05.20111 for 1,5 increase in productivity of labor by 2018. Based on results of calculations conducted by the expert board, “RWM Capital” Asset management demonstrates 9,3 increase of threshold value of productivity.
Selection of the most productive companies was performed based on the tax accounting of Russian enterprises and organizations of non oil-and-gas economy sector having filed applications for participation. 100 applications in total were filed for the contest by the companies engaged in finance, immovable property, agriculture, construction, public health, transport, trade etc.
“This undertaking is very important for us, - Boris Titov, Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation for protection of rights of business people and Co-chairman of the public organization “Business Russia”, said in his opening speech. - The highly-productive work places may become tendency for creation of the principal KPI for any company and those who are creating such work places at the moment must become the advance guards. They are the elite of any economy branch. The whole national economy should follow their example.
The fact that today we honor the best does not mean our appreciation of your merits is theoretical only. We also undertake practical steps towards stimulation of development of companies. Taxes are one of such stimuli. We actively promote approval of a draft law for reduction of taxes for highly-productive companies. This is a specific objective which we together with you, highly-productive companies and today's winners, set before ourselves”.
