The festive opening of the main street of the micro-district - Victory Boulevard took place on June 23 in the construction site «North Myza». According to the developer’s plan the boulevard was named after past, present and future victories of our country. The first house number plaque was opened by the honor guests of the ceremony - international sports stars, decorated boxers Natalia Rаgozina and the State Duma deputy Nikolay Valuev.
The opening of the main street was an official presentation of the project for construction of available housing for members of the administration of the city and the region, investors and partners.
«Our company is one of the investors of the project «North Myza», says Gavriil Korolev, head of real estate department of «RWM Capital». - In October 2014 we purchased property rights to add to the assets of one of our funds under co-investment agreements pursuant to the applicable laws in respect of co-funded construction in the residential complex under construction «North Myza».
Initially we saw importance of the project in the housing concept based on principles of availability for potential buyers as to the price and payment form. Availability of the developed infrastructure for living and recreation - school, nursery schools, trade center, sports and games facilities, church is also important. All this determines the highest level of the quality of life in the micro-district. We were present at the festive ceremony and we are very glad to witness the realization of this concept.
I sincerely congratulate all new residents of «North Myza» with placement of the first house number plaque in the central boulevard of the new satellite town.
