“RWM Capital” Asset management summed up the results of the tender for selection of a subcontractor company to carry out works on involving of land assets of closed-end real estate mutual investment fund “RWM - Podmoskovniy” into farming business The tender was won by the limited liability company “Gorizont”.
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contract the subcontractor must carry out pedologic, environmental and hydrologic expert examination. Based on the acquired results, the project for reclamation and the project for farm boundary adjustment for the time period until year 2021 will be developed. The developed documentation will be filed for approval with the Ministry of agriculture of Moscow region and Federal agency for veterinary and phytosanitary monitoring - Department of Federal agency for veterinary and phytosanitary monitoring for the city of Moscow, Moscow region and Tula region.
“The assets of the fund under our manage include in total 2 154,12 ha of agricultural lands located in Ramenskiy, Orekhovo-Zuevskiy and Klinskiy districts of Moscow region, - says Alexey Muraviev, team leader of project management group of “RWM Capital” Asset management. - Both the president and the governor of Moscow region have been mentioning lately that we need to more actively reclaim lands for farming business.
The events organized by us in cooperation with the subcontractor will enable in the first year of implementation to reclaim approximately 1 thousand ha of agricultural lands and bring them into compliance with the requirements of the law on land use. It is also important that all such works will contribute to creation of conditions for attraction of specialized investors to agricultural projects and increase of capitalization of land assets of the fund. The work plan has been approved and the subcontractor has already commenced the works”.
As of today the works are in progress in several plots for liquidation of illegal and unauthorized dumping sites of solid household waste, clearing of lands from chaotic tree and shrubbery vegetation and reclaiming of lands. Later the subcontractor will commence disking, land tilling and sowing of crops.
