Sergey Orlov, chief executives and Felix Blinov, managing director of RWM Capital Asset Management took part in the International Forum Russian Days in IoD 2014 which took place in London in the framework of the annual Conference IoD – Annual Сonvention. The event was organized by Russian Association of Independent Directors (AoID, www.nand.ru) and the Institute of Directors (IoD, UK, www.iod.com ).
The annual forum gathered professionals in the field of corporate management and independent members of boards of directors of companies from different countries of the world. At the plenary meeting conducted in Royal Albert-Hall the members of the Government of Greet Britain as well as top figures of the largest companies of the world such as American Express, Walt Disney International, Bitcoin Foundation, Wikipedia, The Accor Group, Coca-Cola Company, Jaguar Land Rover UK presented their speeches.
In the framework of the Seminar "Modern Trends in Corporate Management and Practices of Boards of Directors in Great Britain and in Developing Markets” conducted in the headquarters of IoD at the famous Pall Mall Street in London Roger Barker, Director of IOD for Corporate Management and Professional Standards Development, Alexandr Ionnikov, Chairman of the Russian Association of Independent Directors as well as Viktoria Semerikova, Head of Department of Corporate Technologies of Federal Property Management Agency, shared their experience.
The important part of the program of IoD – Annual Сonvention was granting of diplomas and certificates of “IoD Chartered Director” to the listeners of the program IoD Chartered Director 2013-2014 who had successfully passed the exams. Ian Dormer, Chairman of Institute of Directors, granted the certificate of “IoD Chartered Director” to Sergey Orlov”.
The certificate “IoD Chartered Director” of the oldest and renowned British Institute of Directors is a proof of high professional qualification, knowledge, skills and experience for efficient work in the board of directors of companies of different types including those with state participation and international investors.
