Presale preparatory works have been completed in the land plot located in Rybolovskoe rural settlement of Ramensky District with the total area of 80 hectares. The tract of land is intended for construction of Boyarovo-80 cottage estate. The land is a part of the fund assets under management of “RWM Capital” Asset Management.
“We have completed work on primary improvement of Boyarovo-80 plot,” says Alexey Muraviev, team leader of project management group of “RWM Capital” Asset Management. “The plot was abandoned, nothing happened there for more than 10 years. Now the land plot is being put in good trim. We have removed the bushes, leveled the ground, and made additional gravel access roads. The works performed have made this asset more interesting and attractive to buyers.”
The plot combines good transport accessibility and close proximity to the forest, so in the course of the works carried out by us, it was important not just to eliminate bushing, but also to preserve the surrounding forest. We set the task to the contractors to treat this issue with particular care, and it relates not only to the Boyarovo-80 plot, but to all other plots under our management.
