The conference was organized by NAI Becar together with Russian Auction House.

The event was aimed at exchanging the opinions and analysis of modern opportunities of funds investing to the real estate objects. Leading market players, representatives of real estate companies, agencies, and management companies participated in the conference.

“The investments to real estate are one of key activity directions for our company, that’s why I was very interested in participating in the conference, in listening to the colleagues and in sharing with them the information on what factors are the most significant and determinative for us at selection of investment objects, – says Gavriil Korolev. – For us as for big investors the scope of project and its quality are very important. This helps us to reduce the operating expenses and also to attract the tenants at higher rent rates. Also the availability of the object matters: our company prefers to purchase the objects at lock-up stages. Also the location of the object and surrounding infrastructure are not afterthought.

In general, all the participants of the conference where not only cases were presented with real examples of successful investments to the immovables of different countries, but also the comparison of risks and opportunities of different investment objects in Russia and abroad was performed, came to the conclusion that Russian real estate market is competitive on amount of interesting and profit-gaining objects with foreign markets. I think that the event was very fruitful and I am grateful to the facilitators for the provided opportunity of professional and interesting communication with colleagues”.
