Olga Popova, HR-Director of RWM Capital, joined the team of experts of the unique project for breakthrough strategic innovations – “Far East Challenge”. The project is hosted at the venue of the noncommercial organization «Strategic Initiatives Agency” directly supported by Deputy PM of the Government of the Russian Federation - Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far East Federal District Trutnev Yury Petrovich.
The goal of the project is to find and bring into development of the Eastern part of Russia the most advanced specialists in various branches of national economy. Selection of participants shall be conducted by the leading Russian experts in the field of economics, management, HR, territorial development etc. All experts participating in the project are engaged as volunteers.
“70% of success in any business is in people who are engaged in it, - comments Olga Popova. – It is very important to make a contribution into selection of good, reliable, professional and concerned people. At present we can see a very interesting trend. People who were born and got educated in the Far East and then left for Moscow or St. Petersburg 10 or 20 years ago are ready and willing to come back in order to develop the region and to make the country the integrated area so that every city and town of Russia should become a good and comfortable place to live in”.
