The National Rating Agency (NRA) has assigned a non-credit rating of reliability and quality of services to the RWM Capital Management Company according to the national scale of management companies for the Russian Federation at level «A|ru.am|» with a stable outlook.
The RWM Capital Management Company specializes in the management of closed-end mutual funds. As of 30.09.2021 the volume of assets under the management of MC RWM Capital CJSC exceeded 45 billion rubles, the company ranks 8th in Russian management companies efficiency rating, according to Kommersant publishing house data (April 2021).
The high expert rating with an upgrade to A+ is due to:
• significant experience of the Company;
• expertise in the management of closed-end mutual funds;
• the investment quality of the portfolio of assets under management;
• the quality of services offered to clients.
The company's activities aimed at increasing the number of clients, the growth of business profitability and the consistent work to improve and strengthen the company's information capabilities were assessed positively by the agency, which contributed to the increase in the MC RWM Capital rating score.
Among the key positive factors of the rating, the NRA have noted the high appreciation of the risk management system, formalized by internal regulations and instructions; a strategy of development and the quality of corporate governance reflected in the saturation of a range of funds in management, as well as the introduction of new services and expansion of sales channels.
