RWM Capital Investment Group completed the sale of a multi-purpose logistics hub in Tver Region. The new owner of the facility is Aquarius Group, a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of computer equipment and IT solutions.
“With the sale of the logistics hub in Tver Region, we complete an investment project that spanned eight years. We received it in 2014 as a stressed asset and worked steadily on restoring its value. As a specialist in real estate investments and project management, we’ve been doing this work for years and have accomplished a lot. But we also saw clearly that the project directly contributed to the development of Tver Region, and we are glad to “hand the baton” over to a large company, which will be able to continue the work we started and will further contribute to the growth of the region by developing high-tech IT solutions,” Felix Blinov, CEO of RWM Capital Investment Group, commented on the deal.
Alexei Kalinin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aquarius Group, added: “Aquarius Group is already planning to increase its production capacity from 1 to 2.5 million units per year in the near future to meet the increased demand for its products. Logopark-Tver multi-purpose logistics hub is the largest Class A commercial warehouse terminal in Tver Region. Located near M-10 “St. Petersburg — Moscow” highway, it has an extensive transport, energy and communications infrastructure. The total area of the hub is 27,000 sq.m, with 25,000 sq.m leasable area.
