The collaborative initiative between RWM Capital Investment Group and Krasnoyarsk Recycling Company (a member of the RWM Capital Group), a video series titled “Consume Responsibly!”, has secured a position in the prestigious Top 20 of REO PNPO's Green Award for excellence.
Since the inception of waste management reforms, Krasnoyarsk Recycling Company has been at the forefront of environmental education. The company has actively promoted the practice of separate waste collection, organized and supported environmental cleanup events, volunteer initiatives, and delivered environmental education sessions in schools. The educational videos represent a pivotal component of KRC's extensive outreach project.
The third installment of the video series underscores the importance of mindful consumption and a conscious relationship with possessions. Renowned residents of Krasnoyarsk serve as role models, demonstrating how one can thoughtfully repurpose items that may be of use to others or can embark on a new journey in a different role.
In total, the Green Award received 3,800 eco-projects aimed at environmental conservation, the promotion of new behavioral models among citizens and the business community, the development of waste management practices, and the establishment of a circular economy in Russia.
